Two arms, one standard
NO ORDINARY GUARD provides close protection and bodyguard services, and a manned guarding arm that supports them. Close protection is what we lead with: SIA licensed close protection officers protecting principals, families and executives at home, at work, in transit and abroad.
Our officers are licensed for the role they work, briefed before they deploy and supported by a 24/7 control room. We are unarmed, and we are deliberate about it: protection in the UK is built on planning, positioning, deterrence and early decisions rather than weapons.
We would rather tell you that you need less cover than sell you more. That is what keeps clients with us.

SIA front-line licences
Close protection officers and security officers hold a current SIA licence for the role they work. Licence numbers are available for your records on request.
Screened before deployment
Officers are screened, vetted and reference-checked before their first deployment with us, and re-checked through the licence renewal cycle.
Written instructions and reporting
Every assignment runs to written instructions, with incident logging and reporting you can pass to your insurers or the police.
Confidential by default
Client information is handled confidentially and in line with data protection law. What happens on assignment stays with us.

UK-wide, and overseas when you need it
We work across England, Scotland and Wales, and we travel with clients abroad. Overseas assignments are planned in advance and always subject to the law of the country you are visiting.
